- Frank Biasio is a Barkandji artist from the Darling River region in Far West NSW. He works in sculpture and printmaking. In 2002 Biasio was an artist on the totem poles project which were completed by the Aboriginal Art and Cultural Practices Certificate 2 students, under the tutorage of artist and teacher, Geoff DeMain for the Broken Hill Art School, Far Western Institute of TAFE, NSW. The Totem poles were installed in July of 2003 and are on permanent display beside the Broken Hill Regional Art Gallery (formerly Sully's Emporium), 402 - 404 Argent Street, Broken Hill. Biasio was also a contributing artist to: "8", an exhibition of eight portraits depicting Aboriginal elders from the Broken Hill, Menindee and Wilcannia districts.
